How do I book a session?
Bookings can be made through the contact form or by reaching out directly via phone or email. I’ll guide you through the best package for your needs.
How far in advance should I book and is there a deposit required?
It depends on my current uni schedule, but ideally 2–4 weeks ahead is preferred. I’m also happy to take on last-minute bookings—no extra fees. I’ll let you know if I’m free, and most photos are delivered within a week. Additionally no deposits are required before the shoot/event :)
Can I customise a package to suit my needs?
Yes! I offer a Custom Package that starts with a base rate. From there, you can choose only what you want—perfect for something more personalised.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within the Perth metro area is typically included. For longer distances or regional jobs, a small travel fee may apply.
Can I get the RAW files?
Yes, RAW files can be provided upon request for an additional fee. They use a lot of storage and export time, so they’re offered as an optional extra.
How long does it take to receive the final photos/videos?
Most projects are delivered within 1–2 weeks. If your package has extra editing or special requirements, I’ll confirm the timeline before the shoot.
Will I own the photos or videos?
You’ll receive high-quality final copies for personal use. If you need full ownership or usage for business purposes, check out the Commercial Package or reach out to organise licensing.
Can I use the content on social media?
Yes—social sharing is totally fine! For commercial/brand use or sponsored content, copyright and licensing terms may apply. Let me know and I’ll guide you.
What’s included in the base rate?
Each service includes a Basic and Premium option. The base rate covers the essentials (shoot time, editing, delivery). If none of the options fit your vision, contact me to tailor something custom.
Where do you livestream to?
All livestreams are hosted on my dedicated YouTube channel, and you’ll receive a private link to share. Streaming to client accounts is tricky due to copyright (especially music) and adds unnecessary hassle. This way, your audience has seamless, exclusive access.
What if I’m not sure which package is right?
Just pick the one that sounds closest to what you’re after, and I’ll explain what’s included. I’m happy to clarify or adjust if needed.
Can I provide examples of cinematic styles or music I like?
Yes, definitely! You're welcome to send through any examples of videos that inspire you or showcase the vibe you're after. I also have a few cinematic videos in my portfolio that reflect my favourite style of work.
For music, I can use either royalty-free tracks or copyrighted songs (depending on your preference). Just note: copyrighted music can’t be used for commercial purposes unless you personally obtain the licensing.
